Placing an order

Step 1: Select a product

If you want to place an order, you must select a product. The different categories can be found in the top menu. When you select one of these categories, you get a complete overview of all products in this category. The left menu wil help you to specify your search.

If you see a product you want to learn more about, please click on the product. The page will give a complete overview of the features of the product. You can also press on the product image to enlarge it.

If the product meets your needs, press the "In Shopping basket" button. The product is added to your shopping basket. You can continue shopping on the site or go to your shopping basket. This is the icon of a shopping bag on the top right of the site.

Step 2: Options in the shopping basket

In the shopping cart, you have te following options:

Your order:

  • You can delete wrongly selected item from the shopping cart
  • Here you can adjust the numbers
  • You have the option to pack. purchased your product festive

Choose shipping method:

  • I want to have my order delivered at home

You can choose from the options above. You can choose to deliver your order at home. If you choose to pick up in one of our two stores, you will receive an email from us once your order is ready to be picked up.

Choose your free gift

If your purchased item is eligible for the choice of a free gift, you can choose one free gift per order which is then included in your order.

Use discount code

Do you have a discount code or voucher then you can also fill in here with "Use discount code"
Enter the discount code in the input field and click redeem. If the chosen product is eligible for a discount, it will be processed immediately.
Be aware that the highest discount will be given. It is never possible to receive discount on discount. The right to a free gift is no longer applicable when using a discount code in percentage form.
With a gift certificate, the amount will be deducted of the purchase amount. If there is a residual amount to be paid you can select a payment method of your choice. If there is a residual amount it can still use it in a future order.

If you are ready then press the button "Checkout" to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Enter your data

Already have an account on WatchesnJewellery please log in on the left with your email address and password.
Is it your first order, enter the requested information in the right block.
If you order for the first time, you can enter your details here. Note that the data you entered in the billing address including phone number and email address are the deatisl on which we might contact you. 
You can optionally specify an alternative delivery address.

Payment

Then choose how you want to pay.

Shipping method

You can choose to have your order delivered at home or pick up in one of our shops. You can still change your option here.

If these steps are completed and you agree to the terms and conditions, click on the "Place Order" button.
