Warranty
It can always happen that something goes wrong with your purchase, we will ensure that this is fixed as soon as possible. Your normal warranty on the clockwork is 24 months.
Warranties on brand products are always performed by the supplier.
The exclusions on warranty
- Battery (up to 3 months after purchase, it is guaranteed)
- Broken glass
- Crown / Screw (Always make sure that your screw / crown closed during wearing)
- Watchband (excluding stones fallen to 3 months)
Warranty does not apply
- When you open the watch yourself
- If used incorrectly
- In water (except waterproof watches, waterproof see)

After receiving your package we will send you a confirmation.
Once we have more information as soon as possible, we will propose a solution.

Cost
The cost to send the product to us are at your expense.
If under warranty, we will refund postage to you.
