What is the delivery time of a product.
Normally we ship within 72 hours after an order is processed. When you place an order, it will be processed the next working day. When an article is not on stock, you will receive an email with the expected deliverydate.

Tracking your order
WatchesnJewellery.com uses GLS Parcel Service. Once the package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation with a track&trace code.
It may occur that the package has not been processed yet by GLS, you will receive the message; "No items found for this combination". We advise you to request the status the next day.
Alternate delivery date?
Do you want your order shipped on another date? Please contact our customerservice by email, they will do our best to ship at the preferred date.
If you are not home
GLS Parcel Service will try to deliver the package again the next workingday, when it turns out you are not home when the package arrives.
When you are also not home for the second delivery, GLS Parcel Service will notify you by leaving a card in your mailbox. After that you can contact GLS Parcel Service to make a delivery appointment.
Damaged packages
If your delivery and it's packaging is damaged or opened when it arrives, we strongly recommend that you refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us at no cost to yourself. Please contact us to inform us about this and we will try to solve this as soon as possible.
