Your website stated that you normally send products within 48 hours, but now I receive a message that it’s going to take longer.

If a product is in stock, we will send it within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, it can occur that we do not have a model in stock and need to order it from our supplier. If this is the case, we will always send you an email with the expected delivery time.

I have seen a model on your website with a discount. Does this discount also apply in the shops of Broekhuis Jewellery?

Not necessarily, Watches and Jewellery is part of Broekhuis but does not always have the same products and prices.

Is it possible to come to WatchesnJewellery and look at the products in a showroom?

No this is not possible. WatchesnJewellery is a webshop only and does not have a showroom. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can exchange or return it within 7 days. In this case, the product has to be unused and unscratched. Also it has to be send back in original, undamaged packaging.

I have received an invoice, however I have not paid yet.

When you place an order at Watches and Jewellery, you will receive a conformation of your order.
However, this is not your definite order. We will process the order as soon as we receive your payment.

I get an error message when I try to pay my order with my credit card.

It is possible that your browser session has expired.
Please try to renew the session by pressing the keys CTRL+F5.
If it is still not possible to make the payment it could be that there is a problem with your credit card company.

Where can I find my invoice, I did not receive one with my order?

You can always see, download and print your invoice in your order summary .
You can find the order summary when you login to our website and click on ‘My account’.

Can you engrave my ordered product?

Yes, this is possible in most cases. This is an extra service and is free of charge.
During the ordering process, you can specify what you would like to be engraved in step 4.
When we receive the product from our supplier we will check if the chosen engraving is possible.
If this is not possible, we will always contact you so we can find a good alternative.

Please note that it is not possible to return an engraved product.

I have received the sizing rings, how do I measure my finger correctly?

  • Preferably measure your ring size at room temperature. A too hot or too cold environment could cause the result to be inaccurate.
  • With pregnant women, it can occur that the fingers are slightly set up.
    This could cause the rings to be too large after the pregnancy. Please take this in mind when this applies to you.
  • A wide ring tends to be smaller than a narrow ring. Every ring wider then 5mm is considered a wide ring.
  • It is not possible to return the rings as the rings are ordered especially for you.
  • When we receive the product from our supplier we will check if the chosen engraving is possible.
    If this is not possible, we will always contact you so we can find a good alternative.

When you have the correct measurements, please email them (optionally with an engraving) to info@watchesnjewellery.com. After we receive the information we will make sure that the rings are send to you within 3 weeks.

Are the prices shown on the website always correct?

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Therefore it may occur that a price of a product is different than shown on the website.
