Technical wonders by Edox

Founded in 1884 by Christian Flury-Rüefli has Edox in the course of its existence developed a worldwide brand name recognition by making watches with unsurpassed specifications.
For example, the brand brought out the model "Delfin" in 1961. This was the first water and shock resistant watch. Following this achievement, the brand came in 1963 with the "Hydrosub", a model which was waterproof to 500 meters. The next breakthrough model shot in 1970 called "Geoscope", this model was the first timepiece that could display all time zones. It gave the time in 50 different cities around the world as well as the local time.

In 1998, the brand introduced the record-breaking "Les Bémont Ultra Slim" collection. These are the first watches with calendar clock display with a clockwork thickness of 1.4 mm! a record which to this day still has not been matched.
All models are still assembled by hand. From the beginning of this century, the new collections come forth out of collaborations. Like the models designed by Koenigsegg, the Swedish luxury sports car brand, or sponsorships where the brand acts as official timekeeper.

The Grand Ocean collection stems from the collaboration with the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC). Second, the mark of a stylish and elegant lines, such as those with Class Royale 2 tone lunettes are used for a luxurious look, Royal and First Lady with elegant ladies models. Les Bémont collection models with a very thin cabinet. Les Vauberts the collection with the collection Les Genevez responsible for the more classic and elegant line of watches made by Edox.
